This is the first of many more battle pics to come!
A while back I asked a couple of my fellow deviants a bit about their fan fic pokemon characters. After some careful planning, the drawing stages begin.
Behold the battle poses of my first deviant pokemon battle, Ryo vs Sakura!
Backstory to this battle.
While out training at the foot of the mountains with her pokemon, Sakura hears a russle in the bushes, and what should appear? None other than a Shiney Magmar, gleaming in all of its pink shiney glory. A Magmar so far from the mountains is already rare, but a shiney one stumbling across her path is too good of an oppurtunity to pass up!
She sends out Typholosion to weaken it in the hopes of catching it, but after a quick scuffle, she learns that this magmar is not only shiney but it also knows some very interesting techniques, including thunderpunch, mach punch and belly drum.
With her Typholosion caught off guard by a combination of Magmars mach punch and a well placed smoke screen, Magmar manages to escape.
Sakura frantically chases after the spitfire pokemon and as it makes its way out of her sight there is a blinding flash of light followed by the nearby bellow of thunder... A battle is commencing.
She arives on the scene just in time to see a a fellow pokemon trainer and his Raichu have crossed paths with the already injured Magmar and the trainer has just caught Magmar for himself.
The two begin arguing over the incident and the trainer declares a sure fire way to settle this, with a pokemon battle!
Sakura proposes a 2 on 2 battle to determine the rightful owner of Magmar and the trainer agrees, introducing himself as Ryo, a travelling trainer from Fortree Town.
Sakura introduces herself as Sakura, Gym Leader and Double battle specialist.
Ryo smirks the the two prepare for battle...
Sakura is an Original Character from [link] 's fan fic.
Ryo is my character. He's me, only, he's got a cooler name than Rob, and his world has pokemon, making his world better than ours.
